Dropped Mangas
Recently, I have been dropping some mangas that aren’t worth reading or jus pure tiring. All these mangas that has been dropped for the last month.

Kaichouwa Maid-Sama!: I’ve been meaning to drop this manga for awhile now. Ever since I started getting the idea of how Misaki is like. Still, I managed to read up until the latest chapter. It’s not very useful, though, because after 3 new chapters or so, I stopped and finally dropped the manga that I have only been tolerating because of one very adorable character. When he, my only hope of believing that there’s someone who will never like Misaki, too, decided to be Misaki’s servant…I just had to stop.
What probably made me roll my eyes every time I read the manga is Misaki herself. She’s just too much of a tsundere (a person who says something differently from what he/she really feels). Sure, I find some tsundere characters adorable but there are just mangakas who make their protagonists too much of a tsundere that they strike me as a bitch rather than a lovable moe.
The only good thing about this manga is that the characters are really drawn well. You can see that the mangaka put a lot of effort in drawing the characters. As much as I hate them, they are very good-looking. But other than that, no. I just find the manga really, really annoying.
Of course, a lot of Shoujo fans seem to love the manga so mcuh. So better to see for yourself!

Kare First Love: I don’t even know what I was thinking! Honestly, reading this manga and going so far as the 32nd chapter…I must have undergone a momentary mental problem!
I don’t mean to be so critical on this manga but it was just really such a waste of time. And maybe, I’m taking a little revenge with the manga because it made me read until almost the end chapter just because I was waiting for something. Don’t you think it’s fair that I should be giving it low reviews for making me waste almost half of my computer time for it?
There are two reasons why I decided to read the manga. First because I thought that the mangaka’s way of drawing is good because she wasn’t trying too much to make the characters look cute. The protagonist (I forgot her name long ago because I just wasn’t paying attention) is described as really plain and yes, she does look plain to me. Unlike Koko Ni Iru Yo! and Kimi Ni Todoke that are described as plain but are actually very cute! But, at least the way it was written eclipsed that fault. Anyway, the second reason is because the title is pretty much interesting.
But I am very, very disappointed with how the manga turned out. The guy seems to me as only wanting the girl for sex (although, admittedly, most guys are like that) and it was getting reeeaally cheesy. But it was rotten cheese. I definitely didn’t enjoy this manga and, surprisingly, other readers think so, too!

Soul Eater: Unlike the first two chapters, I didn’t really find Soul Eater as a real pain in the ass. In fact, other than it not meeting my expectations, I find the manga rather interesting!
Sure it does sound like just a caricature of the more-popular manga, Bleach, but this is way cuter. My problem with this manga was just that it had far too many chapters and I don’t think I want to waste my time reading something that isn’t that awesome.
That’s the problem with Shounen mangas. The mangakas feel the need to take it on forever because they think the readers are enjoying it. I mean, okay, so, maybe boys do like long mangas but not me. I have Death Note and Katekyoushi to read if I want a dose of hard to understand but really awesome long mangas.
For those who wish to read Shounen and is prepared to read something extremely long, then it’s okay not to skip this manga. Just be prepared for the length of it.
